As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. 1st PP AF question

I woke up to my first PP AF today. Joy...especially considering I cried all night last night to DH about how I don't want to go back to work on Tuesday. Way to make my emotions even more crazy, AF!
Anyway, I usually have a very heavy flow during my period. This is much lighter than before I was pregnant. Was your first PP AF lighter or heavier than normal? Also, have your periods changed since giving birth?

Boo for AF!
My first pp AF was normal for me, the 2nd one was heavy, and every one after that has been lighter than my normal.
